Family Therapy

Family relationships are the cornerstone of emotional well-being, but navigating challenges within the family dynamic can sometimes feel overwhelming. I offer a compassionate, inclusive space for families from diverse cultural and neurodiverse backgrounds to connect, heal, and grow together.

My approach is rooted in attachment theory, which emphasizes the importance of secure relationships for emotional health. I also integrate Theraplay techniques, which focus on building trust, joy, and connection through playful, interactive activities, and an emotionally focused approach, which helps families navigate and strengthen their emotional bonds.​​

Sessions are tailored to meet your family’s unique needs, incorporating a mix of dialogue, creative activities, and experiential techniques designed to foster connection and understanding.

I also offer guidance to parents and caregivers, helping you feel more confident in supporting your child’s emotional and behavioral needs while strengthening the overall family dynamic.
