Couples Therapy

Relationships can be both deeply fulfilling and incredibly challenging. Whether you're struggling with communication, feeling disconnected, or facing recurring conflicts, couples therapy can help you and your partner find your way back to each other.

I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a research-backed approach that helps couples identify negative patterns, heal emotional wounds, and create a stronger, more secure bond. EFT is based on the understanding that relationships thrive when partners feel safe, seen, and connected.
